These Terms govern your use of Riel at aicoreutility.com (the “Service”), operated by Junhee Park (the “Operator”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
- Sign-in is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction).
- One person, one account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
2. The Service
Riel is an AI-powered chat, voice, and image assistant. It is provided as-is for personal, non-critical use. Capabilities and limits may change without notice as we tune models or costs.
3. Billing & credits
- The Service offers a free tier with capped usage and paid tiers with extended limits.
- Credits are denominated in KRW and consumed per request based on token usage.
- Paid credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- We may suspend access if your usage materially exceeds normal patterns or violates these Terms.
4. AI output — what you should know
- Responses are generated by large language models (primarily Google's Gemini family) and may be incorrect, biased, or fabricated. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
- You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. The Operator disclaims all liability for decisions made based on AI responses.
- Voice and image features are powered by separate model endpoints with their own latency and accuracy characteristics.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors
- Attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety filters, or train competing models
- Send personal data of third parties without their consent
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the API outside provided interfaces
- Resell access or operate the Service on behalf of third parties without permission
Violation may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
6. Your content & license
You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and conversations you submit. You grant the Operator a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you (forwarding to the model provider, persisting to your account, generating responses).
Output generated by the AI is provided to you for your use. The Operator does not claim ownership of the output, but cannot guarantee it is free of third-party rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediately for severe abuse). Unused paid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. Consumers in the EU and UK may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
